In the case of internal fertilization, the male ejaculates sperm into the female's reproductive tract, and the above conditions are met in the body fluids in the female reproductive tract. This process of placing the sperm in a state where they can move in an aqueous environment and approach the egg is called insemination. Insemination is done artificially.
