Transfer - haichitenkan (English spelling) transfer

Transfer - haichitenkan (English spelling) transfer
Also called transfer. It means changing the job assignment or place of work within the same company. In general, when a person is transferred to a different place of business, it is often called relocation. Many large companies transfer employees at regular intervals as part of job rotation. Transfers can cause changes in life and disadvantages, so recently, there have been cases where employees are given a specific place of work when they are hired, and instead of being transferred, they enter into employment contracts that treat wages and promotions differently. Transfers that are disadvantageous due to union activities or that interfere with union activities are considered unfair labor practices. Transferring employees to another company while still employed is called secondment, which is different from transfers.
