2種以上の医薬品を配合したさい,薬物相互作用による薬効,副作用または理化学的性状に変化を起こすことをいう。配合変化には,配合のために害を生じ絶対に避けなければならない配合禁忌,配合による変化を適当な手段によって投薬可能にできる配合不適,外観などに変化を生じるが薬効に影響のない配合注意がある。配合変化は原因により薬物学的配合変化と理化学的配合変化に分類することができる。薬物学的配合変化とは配合により薬効,副作用などに影響を及ぼすことをいう。
