Fishing rights - fishing rights
〘 noun 〙 The right to fish within a fishing ground that belongs to another person's common fishing rights or a specific area fishing rights. It is established by a contract with the fishing rights holder. Since the Edo period, as fishing developed in various regions, many membership relationships between fishing villages have arisen, and these can be broadly divided into two types: the multi-village membership type, in which fishermen from several villages join the shared fishing ground, and this fishing type. *Nori Sodoki ( 1952-53) by Sugiura Akihei, 1 "In exchange for recognizing the fishing rights, a fee for the rights was paid."

〘名〙 他人の共同漁業権または特定の区画漁業権に属する漁場内で漁業を営む権利。漁業権者との契約によって設定される。江戸時代以来各地の漁業が発達するにつれて、漁村間の入会(いりあい)関係が多く発生したが、その形態は、数村の漁民がその共有漁場に入会う数村入会の形態と、この入漁形態とに二大別される。※ノリソダ騒動記(1952‐53)〈杉浦明平〉一「入漁権をみとめるかわりに、権利金が入って来た」
