A catalog of Chinese books that were imported to Japan by imperial order. 1 volume. Published around 891 (Kanpei 3). Compiled by Fujiwara Sukeyo. Also called the Catalogue of Books Found in Japan or the Catalogue of Books Found in Japan, the oldest copy at Muroji Temple reads as a Catalogue of Apocrypha, which probably indicates that it is a catalog of Chinese books as opposed to internal texts. It is also called the Sake-roku or Fujiwara Sake-junku, depending on the name of the compiler. It is the oldest catalog of Chinese books in Japan. It is a classified catalog of Chinese books of the time, with the title and volume number of each book and a note on the compiler. Following the Suisho Jijingzhi, it contains 40 categories, 1,579 books, and 16,790 volumes, from the Ika to the Soshu. Only an abridged version remains. Included in "Zoku Gunsho Ruiju."
