This is a disease that occurs when the head is exposed to strong direct sunlight for a long period of time. Premonitory symptoms include general fatigue, nausea, and yawning, followed by headache and impaired consciousness. Body temperature can sometimes exceed 40°C. It is essentially the same as heat stroke, and is caused by a malfunction of the brain's thermoregulatory center. Treatment involves cooling the whole body and resting.
