A Japanese Baekje official from the 6th century. Son of Aristo, a local powerful man in Kyushu. Appointed as a tatashi official during the reign of King Ideok of Baekje (554-597). In the 12th year of the reign of Emperor Bidatsu (583), he came to Japan with Baekje envoys at the summons of the Emperor who was planning to restore Mimana, which had been destroyed by Silla. He stayed in Kuwaichi, Ato, Kawachi (Osaka Prefecture), and answered the Emperor's inquiries. The contents of the inquiry were to work on strengthening the nation's power for three years, then prepare military forces, and summon the king, prince, or important person from Baekje to cooperate in the restoration of Mimana. He also spoke about how to respond to Baekje's spying on Kyushu. When the Baekje envoys returned home, they ordered their subordinates staying in Japan to assassinate him, and he was assassinated in Naniwa on the last day of December that year.
