Japanese: 那智勝浦[町] - なちかつうら

A town in Higashimuro County in the southeastern part of Wakayama Prefecture. It faces the Kumano Nada Sea and is centered around Nachi and Katsuura, both of which are on the Kisei Main Line. Nachi is a town located in front of the shrine gates of Kumano Nachi Taisha Shrine on Mount Nachi. Katsuura has a good port that serves as a base for deep-sea fishing of tuna and bonito, and is also a hot spring town with Katsuura Onsen. In addition to fishing, agriculture and forestry are also carried out. Yukawa Onsen is located south of Katsuura. In 2004, the Sacred Sites and Pilgrimage Routes in the Kii Mountain Range were registered on the list of cultural heritage under the World Heritage Convention (Kumano Nachi Taisha Shrine, Seigantoji Temple, Nachi Falls, Nachi Primeval Forest, Fudarakusanji Temple, Kumano Pilgrimage Routes). ^{183.31 km2} . 和歌山県南東部，東牟婁(ひがしむろ)郡の町。熊野灘に臨み紀勢本線が通じる那智と勝浦が中心で，那智は那智山の熊野那智大社の鳥居前町。勝浦はマグロ，カツオ遠洋漁業基地をなす良港をもち，勝浦温泉の温泉町でもある。漁業のほか，農林業も行う。勝浦の南に湯川温泉がある。2004年紀伊山地の霊場と参詣道が世界遺産条約の文化遺産リストに登録された（熊野那智大社，青岸渡寺，那智大滝，那智原始林，補陀洛山寺，熊野参詣道）。183.31km²。１万7080人（2010）。
