A ritsuryo government office belonging to the Imperial Household Ministry. The Japanese reading is "Tonomori no Tsukasa". Duties included accompanying the Emperor on his journeys and at the baths, managing vehicles, procuring lights and firewood for the Imperial Palace, and cleaning the Imperial Palace gardens. Staff included one Kami, one Suke, one Jo, one Daisakan, and one Shozoku, among others. In 808, it merged with the Kannu Office, and in 896, the Shuyu Office.
