Electric blanket - Denkimoufu

A sleeping heater with a heater wire built into a double-weave blanket. There are two types: a throw blanket and a bed blanket, and they are almost the same in structure and performance. The blankets are made of polyester, acrylic, rayon, wool, or a blend of these fibers, and are double-weave plain weave that forms a path for the heater wire when woven. The heater wire is composed of a heating wire, a signal wire, and a heat-sensitive layer made of a special thermistor material in one wire, and has a temperature detection function along the entire length of the heater wire, so it has excellent temperature control and safety. In addition, if the temperature rises abnormally due to a failure of the control mechanism or some other reason, a separate overheat prevention mechanism will activate and turn off the power. The temperature can be easily adjusted from about 20 to 55 degrees Celsius by simply turning the dial on the controller. Power consumption is about 70 to 170 watts. There are a wide variety of sizes available, from large, medium, and small to double sizes. Spread it out well and turn it on at the highest setting for about an hour before you go to sleep, preheating it to about 40°C, then lower the dial to a comfortable temperature of 31-33°C once you're in bed. Do not fold it or use it in conjunction with other heating appliances such as a hand warmer.

二重織の毛布の中にヒーター線を内蔵した就寝用暖房器具。掛け毛布と敷き毛布とがあり、構造、性能ともにほとんど同じである。毛布にはポリエステル、アクリル、レーヨン、羊毛、またはこれらの混紡繊維を使用し、織るときにヒーター線の通る通路を形成する二重平織となっている。ヒーター線は、1本の線の中に発熱線、信号線および特殊サーミスター材料からなる感熱層とで構成され、ヒーター線の全長にわたって温度検知機能をもっているので、温度制御性および安全性に優れている。また制御機構の故障やなんらかの原因で異常に温度上昇しても、別の温度過昇防止機構が作動して電源を切るようになっている。使用する温度も約20～55℃とコントローラーのダイヤルを回すだけで、簡単に調節できる。消費電力は約70～170ワット。サイズも大・中・小のほかダブルサイズのものまで、種類も豊富にそろっている。よく広げて就寝前の1時間くらいを最高目盛りで通電し、40℃くらいの温度に予熱しておき、ふとんに入ってから快適温度といわれる31～33℃くらいにダイヤル目盛りを下げて使う。折り畳んで使ったり、行火(あんか)などほかの暖房器具などと併用してはならない。
