Born on February 4, 1901. A disciple of Takabatake Motoyuki. After 1930, he founded the Radical Patriotic Party, the Patriotic Labor Party, the National Association, and others, and during the war served as a standing director of the Great Japan Society of Genron Hokkai. After the war, he founded the Kokuronsha. He passed away on September 9, 1989, at the age of 88. He was from Tochigi Prefecture and dropped out of Waseda University.
