Japanese: 倉橋[町] - くらはし

An old town in the southern part of Kurahashi Island, Aki District, Hiroshima Prefecture. The town's main town, Motoura, is at the southern tip of the island. Vegetables and mandarin oranges are grown on terraced fields. Fishing is also thriving, with fishing nets at Motoura and mullet nets at Karowat. Flower rock is mined in the mountains. In March 2005, it was incorporated into Kure City along with Ondo Town and Kamagari Town in Aki District, and Yasuura Town, Toyohama Town, and Toyo Town in Toyota District. 54.44 ^km2 . Population 7,774 (2003).
