Japanese: 中国左翼作家聯盟 - ちゅうごくさよくさっかれんめい

A Chinese literary group known as the Zuolian. Founded in March 1930 in Shanghai, it brought together a wide range of progressive writers, including Lu Xun, Mao Dun, Yu Dafu, Tian Han, and Xia Yan, under the banner of proletarian revolutionary literature, and declared its anti-feudal and anti-bourgeois struggle while working to popularize literature. However, after 1934, its activities became inactive, and it was dissolved at the end of 1935.

中国の文学団体。左連と略称。1930年３月上海で結成され，プロレタリア革命文学を旗印に，魯迅，茅盾，郁達夫，田漢，夏衍など広範な進歩的作家を集め，反封建・反ブルジョア闘争を宣言するとともに，文学の大衆化をはかったが，1934年以後，活動は不活発となり，1935年末に解散した。
