1910-69?
Leader of the Indochinese Communist Party in southern Vietnam in the 1930s and 1940s. After studying in France and training in Moscow, he served as secretary of the Indochinese Communist Party from 1931 to 1935 during the most difficult period after the collapse of the Nguyen Thien Soviet. From 1933 onwards, he formed a united front with the La Lutte faction, including Ta Thu Tau, in Saigon, and in the 1935 Saigon Municipal Council elections, he elected Nguyen Van Thao and Duong Bac Mai from his faction in addition to Tau. With the defeat of the Japanese army in August 1945, the country achieved de facto independence by opening the Southern Committee on August 22.

1930‐40年代，南部ベトナムにおけるインドシナ共産党の指導者。フランスに留学した後，モスクワで訓練をうけ，1931年から35年にかけてゲティン･ソビエト壊滅後の最も困難な時期のインドシナ共産党書記を務める。1933年以降，サイゴンでタ･トゥ･タウらのラ･リュット派と共同戦線をもち，35年のサイゴン市会選挙では，タウのほかに自派からグエン･バン･タオ，ズオン･バク･マイを当選させる。45年8月の日本軍の敗北とともに，8月22日南部委員会を開設して事実上の独立を果たした。
