The Labor-Management Act of 1947 was enacted in the United States to replace the Wagner Act of 1935. It was named after its proposers, RA Taft and FA Hartley. It significantly restricted basic labor rights, such as establishing unfair labor practices for labor unions, prohibiting strikes for public servants and employees of government corporations, establishing an emergency adjustment system, prohibiting closed shops, and requiring union officials to swear that they were not communists or subversives.

1947年，ワグナー法（1935年）に代わり米国で制定された労使関係法。提案者のタフトR.A.TaftとハートリーF.A.Hartleyにちなみ，こう呼ばれる。労働組合の不当労働行為の新設，公務員や政府企業従業員のストライキの禁止，緊急調整制度の設定，クローズド・ショップの禁止，組合役員に対し共産主義者あるいは破壊活動分子でないことの宣誓を要求するなど労働者の基本的権利を大幅に制限。
