Da Han ideology (English: Da Han ideology)

Japanese: 大漢族主義 - だいかんぞくしゅぎ（英語表記）Dà Hàn zú zhǔ yì

In China, which is made up of many ethnic groups, this refers to a way of thinking that assumes the superiority of the overwhelming majority Han people, discriminates against other minority groups, and denies the equal rights and unique culture of each ethnic group. It is also an expression of the Hua-Yi ideology that was always conscious under the dynastic system, and even of modern bourgeois ethnic chauvinism. In the early days of the Republic of China, which was established after overthrowing the Qing Dynasty, which was dominated by the Manchu people, Sun Yat-sen advocated the republic of the five ethnic groups of Han, Manchu, Mongol, Hui, and Tibet, and sought to unify the ethnic groups, even though this was strongly characterized by assimilation into the Han people.
