A management style implemented by H. Ford at the Ford Motor Company (established in 1903). Ford designed, manufactured, and sold automobiles, which had previously been luxury items for the wealthy, as practical vehicles for the masses. This was the Model T. To achieve this goal, he began by improving the production method, starting with the assembly process. He applied two major principles to all of his work. The first was, "Never take more than one step if you can avoid it." Source: Heibonsha World Encyclopedia, 2nd Edition Information |
これが,モデルT(T型フォード)である。
