The name of the Spanish Late Gothic style, named after Queen Isabella I of Castile. It is used mainly in architecture from the late 15th century to the early 16th century. It was established by Simon de Colonia and Juan Guas, both of whom had their roots north of the Alps. It is a fusion of Northern Gothic and Mudejar styles, and is characterized by excessive decoration, as seen in the façades of the San Gregorio College and the San Pablo Church in Valladolid.
