Haikai Senshu (Collection of Haikai Poems). Two volumes. Compiled by Yaba, Kooku, and Rigyu. Published in 1694 (7th year of Genroku). The sixth collection of the "Seven Collections of Haikai Poems." The first volume contains three volumes of immortal poems and one volume of 100 verses, as well as hokku (hokku) from various poets for spring and summer, while the second volume contains hokku (hokku) from various poets for autumn and winter, followed by one volume of incomplete immortal poems (up to the two verses of "Nagoriura") and three volumes of immortal poems. The hokku poems are mainly by the editors, as well as by Edo-period Basho poets such as Basho, Kikaku, Ransetsu, Torin, Soryu, and Sugikaze, as well as Chigetsu, Kyorai, Kyoriku, and Shiko. From other schools, works by Koshun, Rosen, and Sendoku can be seen. Among the renku poems, the volume on "Mumega ni" by Basho and Noba, and the volume on "Furiuri no" by Basho and the three editors are particularly excellent, and are evaluated as embodying the "light" style of haiku that Basho sought as a new style after "Sarumino."

俳諧撰集(はいかいせんしゅう)。二冊。野坡(やば)、孤屋(こおく)、利牛(りぎゅう)編。1694年（元禄7）刊。「俳諧七部集」の第六集。上巻は歌仙三巻百韻一巻と、春・夏の諸家の発句(ほっく)を収め、下巻には秋・冬の諸家の発句、ついで未完の歌仙一巻（名残(なごり)裏二句まで）と歌仙三巻を収録する。発句は、編者らのほか芭蕉(ばしょう)、其角(きかく)、嵐雪(らんせつ)、桃隣(とうりん)、素龍(そりゅう)、杉風(さんぷう)ら江戸の蕉門俳人を主として、ほかに智月(ちげつ)、去来、許六(きょりく)、支考らの作も収録されている。他門では湖春、露沾(ろせん)、沾徳(せんとく)らの入集(にっしゅう)がみられる。連句のうち、芭蕉、野坡両吟歌仙「むめがゝに」の巻や、芭蕉と編者3名との四吟歌仙「振売の」の巻はとくに優れており、『猿蓑(さるみの)』以後、芭蕉が新しい俳風として求めていた「かるみ」の俳風を具現したものとして評価されている。
