The basic criminal code of the Qing Dynasty. The Qing Law Collection (10 volumes) published in 1646 (the third year of the Shunzhi era) was the first code and regulations of the Qing Dynasty, and consisted of seven sections: Mingli (General Provisions), Personnel, Households, Rites, Military, Punishments, and Works. The regulations were supplemented many times after that, but the Code was the basic law and did not change much in content.
