Physical fitness

Physical fitness
Almost synonymous with physical strength, it refers to the basic disposition that can be easily developed through training in the abilities required for work or sports that use the muscles of the entire body. Originally conceived to select people suited to heavy labor or vigorous sports, it now refers to the basic physical abilities required for the general public's work and life. There is no set method of measurement, but rather, physical characteristics required for daily life and sports activities are analyzed and measured separately for several elements. In general, physical characteristics, muscle strength, flexibility, agility, balance, endurance, etc. are measured separately, and the results are used to indicate the overall physical aptitude and characteristics of the individual.
