Compilation of historical materials

A collection of major diaries of court nobles from ancient and medieval times. Edited by Sasagawa Taneo, and edited and annotated by Yano Taro. Published between 1934 and 1944. Published following the incomplete "Shiryo Tsuran." The titles included are: "Shou-ki," "Sajyo-ki," "Suisaki," "Shui-ki," "Choshu-ki," "Chuu-ki," "Hyohandoki," "Jinjiki Yomoku," "Sancho-ki," "Yoshi-ki," "Yoshi-tsugi-ki," "Hirado-ki," "Sancho-ki" (and supplements), "Kanchuk-ki," "Myo-kai-ki," "Yasu-tomi-ki," "Chikanaga-kyoki beteki," "Hanazono Tenno-shinki," "Fushimi Tenno-shinki" (→Fushimi-in Goki), "Gonki," "Shunki-satsuro" (and supplements), "Eisho-ki," "Chikanaga-kyoki" (and supplements), "Nobutane-kyoki." In 1865, an expanded edition was published, adding the following: Rekidai Shinji, Shunki, Jiangji, Taira no Chishin Asonki, Taiki, Taiki Bekki, Yukuaki Sho, Tohei Koki, and Kuangyuanki. In 1867, Zoku Shiryo Taisei was published. This work mainly consisted of records from the Shishi Sosho, published by Tokyo University of Literature at the end of the Meiji period, and supplemented the incomplete parts of Shiryo Taisei with the addition of some new books. It contains the following: Gukanki, Gohokoinki (→ Gohokoin Seikaki), Toin Kosadaikoki, Seijuki, Seitoyo-ki, Kenji Sannenki, Einin Sannenki, Saito Mototsune Diary, Saito Chikamoto Diary, Chikamoto Diary, Chikataka Diary, Chikatoshi Diary, Yuiban Diary, Sadaji Kiroku, Odate Tsuneoki Diary, Gyokueiki Sho, Rōbōki, Shōkei Ranrishi, Kamakura Chronicle Endorsement, Buke Chronicle Endorsement, Ietada Diary, Gonara Tenno Shinki, Dojuki, Shirakawa Retired Emperor Takano Gokoki, and Nobutanekyo-ki. These provide an overview of the main records of the nobles in the Heian, Kamakura, and Muromachi periods, making this a very useful and meaningful publication.

古代，中世の公家の主要な日記を集成した叢書。笹川種郎編，矢野太郎校訂・解題。 1934～44年刊。未完に終った『史料通覧』のあとをうけて刊行された。収録書目は次のとおり。『小右記』『左経記』『水左記』『帥記』『長秋記』『中右記』『兵範記』『人事記要目』『山槐記』『吉記』『吉続記』『平戸記』『三長記』 (同補遺) ，『勘仲記』『妙槐記』『康富記』『親長卿記別記』『花園天皇宸記』『伏見天皇宸記』 (→伏見院御記 ) ，『権記』『春記脱漏』 (同補遺) ，『永昌記』『親長卿記』 (同補遺) ，『宣胤卿記』。その後 65年に『歴代宸記』『春記』『江記』『平知信朝臣記』『台記』『台記別記』『宇槐記抄』『冬平公記』『匡遠記』を加えた増補版が刊行された。また 67年には『続史料大成』が刊行された。これは明治末年に東京文科大学より刊行された『史誌叢書』のなかの記録を中心とし，『史料大成』の未完の部分を補い，さらに若干の新書目を加えたものである。『愚管記』『後法興院記』 (→後法興院政家記 ) ，『洞院公定公記』『晴右記』『晴豊記』『建治三年記』『永仁三年記』『斎藤基恒日記』『斉藤親基日記』『親元日記』『親孝日記』『親俊日記』『結番日記』『伺事記録』『大館常興日記』『玉英記抄』『聾盲記』『正慶乱離志』『鎌倉年代記裏書』『武家年代記裏書』『家忠日記』『後奈良天皇宸記』『土右記』『白河上皇高野御幸記』『宣胤卿記』を収める。これらによって，平安，鎌倉，室町時代の公家の主要な記録が通覧できることとなり，非常に便利で，意義深い刊行物である。
