The land of the central government offices under the Ritsuryo system, including the Dajokan. Except for special cases, the central government finances under the Ritsuryo system were managed mainly through tributes, tributes, and rice tributes (annual rice tributes) as the main sources of finance for government office expenses and official salaries. In other words, most of the tributes, mainly silk and cloth, went to the Ministry of Finance and were distributed to the various offices to cover the expenses of administrative and event expenses, as well as to pay officials' rank, seasonal, and seasonal salaries, while the rice tributes collected in the Oinoryo were spent as official monthly salaries, as well as their salary and wages. 太政官以下の令制中央諸司の所領。令制下の中央財政は，特殊なものを除いて，調･庸および年料舂米（しようまい）を官司経費と官人給与の主要な財源として運用された。すなわち絹･布類を中心とする調庸物は，大部分大蔵省に入り，諸司に分配されて，事務･行事の経費に充てられるとともに，官人の位禄･季禄･時服として支給され，大炊寮に収納された年料舂米は，官人の月料および要劇料･番上料として支出された。しかし早くも奈良末期から平安初期にかけて，調庸物の不足を補うため，諸国の正税交易による絹･布等の貢進が一般化し，さらに位禄･季禄･時服等を諸国において料米をもって支給するようになった。
