・Probationary period - A period set aside after employment to assess a person's abilities and suitability, mainly when hiring full-time employees. - Generally, this is stipulated in the company's rules and regulations and is usually around three or six months. - The said period will be considered as an employment contract with the employer's right to terminate reserved (employment contract with right to terminate reserved). - In addition, if dismissal occurs within 14 days after the start of the probationary period, there is no need to give notice of dismissal or pay severance pay.
