Shuhiyushi (English spelling) zhū pī yù zhǐ

Japanese: 硃批諭旨 - しゅひゆし（英語表記）zhū pī yù zhǐ

This is a compilation of memorials sent by local officials by Emperor Yongzheng of the Qing Dynasty of China, which he added red-ink instructions to. It is also called the Yongzheng Red-ink Instructions. Memorials sent by local officials through official channels are called titular memorials, but memorials are different from titular memorials; they are sent privately to the emperor and are, so to speak, personal memorials. Emperor Yongzheng placed great importance on these memorials in order to grasp the actual state of local politics and to strengthen his control over local officials, and he implemented a unique political system known as memorial politics.

中国，清朝の雍正帝が，地方官から送られてくる奏摺に硃批(朱筆による諭旨)を書き加え，これを編纂したもの。《雍正硃批諭旨》ともいう。地方官から公式ルートを通じて送られてくる上奏文を題本というが，奏摺は，題本とは異なって，皇帝に私的に送られる，いわば親展の上奏文である。雍正帝は，地方政治の実状を掌握し，かつ地方官に対する管理体制を強化するために，この奏摺を重んじ，奏摺政治ともいわれる独特な政治を行った。
