Japanese: 執行証書 - しっこうしょうしょ（英語表記）vollstreckbare Urkunde

A document prepared by a notary public in accordance with the authority of the notary public, which contains a statement that the debtor will immediately submit to compulsory execution for a claim for the payment of a certain amount of money or the delivery of a certain amount of other substitutes or securities (Civil Execution Law, Article 22). It is treated as a title of debt along with judgments, etc.
