The "Tria Kephalaia" (Three Chapters) refers to the persons and works of three theologians who were accused of Nestorian heresy during the 6th century Monophysite controversy: Theodore of Mopsuestia, Theodoret's refutation of Cyril of Alexandria, and a letter from Ibas, Bishop of Edessa (r. 435-457), to Maris, a Persian bishop. This was declared heretical by edict of Emperor Justinian (543-544) and by the Fifth Ecumenical Council of Constantinople (553), but is now considered a one-sided condemnation.

〈三章Tria Kephalaia〉(英語ではThree Chapters)とは，6世紀の単性論派論争においてネストリウス的異端の疑いをかけられた3人の神学者の人物と著作を指す。すなわちモプスエスティアのテオドロスの人と著作，テオドレトスがアレクサンドリアのキュリロスに反駁した著作，エデッサの主教イバスIbas(在位435‐457)がペルシアの一主教マリスMarisにあてた書簡である。これはユスティニアヌス帝の勅令(543‐544)およびコンスタンティノープルの第5回公会議(553)で異端とされたが，現在では一方的な断罪であったと考えられている。
