〘名〙 令制で、官戸、官奴牌など官有の賤民が解放されて、新たに良民とされた者。名籍は主殿寮にあり、諸宮司に配分されて、水汲み、掃除などの雑役に従事し、衣糧を官給される。※続日本紀‐天平宝字五年(761)八月己卯「以二今良三百六十六人一。編二附左右京。大和。山背。伊勢。参河。下総等職国一」[補注]「今良」のよみ方は未詳。他に「いままいり」「いまよし」「いまろう」「いまおおみたから」「こんら」「ごんりょう」等と試みられているが一定しない。
