Molasses sugar - ganmitsutou
It is made by adding alkali to the juice of sugarcane, boiling it down and crystallizing it, and contains molasses. It is characterized by a rich sweetness due to its high invert sugar and ash content. There are brown sugar, red sugar, and white sugar.
