A legal code from the Southern Song Dynasty in China. 80 volumes. During the Song Dynasty, a legal code called the "Imperial Law Code" was created. "Imperial Law Code" refers to criminal law, "Lei" refers to laws that were forbidden in advance, "Gaku" refers to rewards, etc., and "Shiki" refers to the format. The Qingyuan Article Law Code is a reorganization of the provisions of the Imperial Law Code that was in effect at the time, by category and field. It was compiled during the Qingyuan period of the Southern Song Dynasty (1195-1200) and is said to have been completed in the second year of the Jiatai era (1202). Although some parts of the Imperial Law Code have been lost, as most of the Imperial Law Codes compiled several times during the Song Dynasty, it is an extremely valuable historical document.

中国，南宋の法典。 80巻。宋代には「勅令格式」という法典の形態がつくられた。勅は刑法，令は未然に禁じる法，格は賞格など，式は書式。慶元条法事類は，当時行われていた勅令格式の条文を，部類門別に編成替えしたものである。南宋慶元年間 (1195～1200) に編纂され，嘉泰2 (1202) 年完成したといわれ，宋代いくたびか編集された勅令格式が，ほとんど亡失している今日，その一部を失しているとはいうものの，きわめて貴重な史料である。
