Kujo Annual Events - Kujo Annual Events

Written by Fujiwara no Morosuke, Minister of the Right, this is a book about annual events, ceremonies, and court customs. It was written before "Ononomiya Annual Events." It was created in response to his father Tadahira's orders to complete the ceremonial etiquette and court customs of the Kujo school. While "Ononomiya Annual Events" is detailed in its description of precedents, this book is detailed in its description of the ceremonial etiquette itself. The extant version (stored in the Public Affairs Section of "Gunsho Ruiju") begins at the end of the February section on Sekiten, and ends with a missing section on Tsuina, with part of the December section missing. This section can be supplemented by "Hokuzansho" and "Goke Shidai," among others.

右大臣藤原師輔(もろすけ)の著で、年中行事、儀式、有職(ゆうそく)故実に関する書。『小野宮(おののみや)年中行事』より先に書かれた。父忠平(ただひら)の儀式作法、教命を受けて九条流の故実を完成させるために作成したものである。『小野宮年中行事』が先例の記述に詳しいのに対して、儀式作法そのものの記述が詳細。現存のもの（『群書類従』公事部所収）は、2月釈奠(せきてん)の末部から始まり、12月の一部に欠文があって追儺(ついな)の項で終わっている。この部分は『北山抄』『江家(ごうけ)次第』などによってその一部を補うことができる。
