〘Noun〙 A job title in the Muromachi Shogunate. An official in the Imperial Court who prepared the Shogun's meals. ※Nenchu Jireiki (around 1525): "I will make seven offerings at the time of the Imperial Court. This is the offering made by the people in charge of the Imperial Court."
