Japanese: 救農議会 - きゅうのうぎかい

Another name for the 63rd Imperial Diet (Extraordinary) held from August 23 to September 4, 1932. The effects of the Showa Depression that began in 1930 brought serious poverty to rural areas, giving rise to violent tenant farming disputes and radical right-wing movements such as the Blood Brotherhood Incident and the May 15 Incident in 1932. The fact that some of the participants in the May 15 Incident were farmers also caused the rural issue to become a major political issue. At the time, the Saito Makoto cabinet advocated two major policies: hard-line diplomacy and rural relief, and held the 62nd Imperial Diet (Extraordinary) from June 1 to 14, 1932.

1932年8月23日から9月4日にかけて開かれた第63回帝国議会(臨時)の別称。1930年に始まる昭和恐慌の影響は深刻な農村窮乏をもたらし，激しい小作争議と32年の血盟団事件，五･一五事件に代表される急進右翼運動を引き起こした。五･一五事件参加者の一部が農民であったことも農村問題を重大な政治問題化させる原因となった。当時，斎藤実内閣は強硬外交と農村救済の二大政策を掲げ，32年6月1日から14日にかけて第62回帝国議会(臨時)を開催した。
