Nine Years of the Lord - Nine Years of the Lord

Japanese: 九執暦 - きゅうしつれき
Nine Years of the Lord - Nine Years of the Lord
This Indian astronomy book was translated and published in 718 by imperial order of Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty in China. In ancient Indian astronomy, in addition to the seven celestial bodies in the sky (the sun, the moon, and the five stars), there were two invisible stars at the intersection of the ecliptic and the white ecliptic, and the name of this book comes from this. It was highly valued as it included a new method of calculating solar and lunar eclipses.
