Furthermore, the penalties prescribed in numerous administrative laws, such as the National Public Service Law, the Road Traffic Law, and the Income Tax Law, for the purpose of achieving administrative objectives are also called administrative criminal law. When including such special criminal laws and administrative criminal laws in addition to the Criminal Code, it is called "criminal law in the broad sense" or "criminal law in the substantive sense."...
