Kyokason - Kyokason
Rice shochu from Nagano. The name comes from "Xinghua Village", a famous brewing area in Shanxi Province, China, where "Fenjiu" is produced. The ingredients are rice and rice malt. The alcohol content is 20% or 25%. The brewery, Toshimaya, was founded in 1867 as a raw silk dealer. In 1891, they established a sake brewing department. They are the brewers of the sake "Miwatari". They are located in Honmachi, Okaya City.

長野の米焼酎。酒名は、中国山西省にある「汾酒(ふぇんちゅう)」の産地で銘醸地として知られる「杏花村」にあやかり命名。原料は米、米麹。アルコール度数20%、25%。蔵元の「豊島屋」は慶応3年(1867)生糸販売業者として創業。明治24年(1891)に酒造部門を設置。清酒「神渡(みわたり)」の醸造元。所在地は岡谷市本町。
