Cowell Method - Kaueruho

For this work, the two were awarded the Lindemann Prize by the German Astronomical Society and an honorary doctorate from Oxford University. The calculations were carried out using a special perturbation theory known as the Cauer method. Their joint research also focused on the highly complex motion of the eighth moon of Jupiter.
