This conviction is consistent throughout his manifesto The Spirit of Utopia (1918), Elements The Principle of Hope (1959), and Theory of Practice The World Experiment (1975). His ideological distinctiveness lies in his linking the intrinsic hope of human beings to a Marxist view of history through Aristotle’s concept of dunamis, and his use of this principle to unify reality as a dialectical process in which the incomplete subject and object aim for the ultimate self-realization of identity. …
