Tremors are tremors in the limbs that do not occur when you are quiet, but occur when you do something purposeful. They are also called intention tremors. The tremors are particularly noticeable at the end of a certain movement. The exact mechanism behind this is unknown, but it is thought to be caused by damage to the cerebellum.
