[Medicinal]
In addition to mugwort A. princeps Pamp., the leaves of related plants such as A. argyi Lévl.et Vant. and A. montana (Nakai) Pamp. are called mugwort leaves in herbal medicines. The hairs on the underside of the leaves are used to make moxa.
