Existing conditions - Existing conditions

...Conditions relate to future facts. Past facts (for example, "If an earthquake had occurred in India yesterday") are objectively given facts even if the parties do not know them, so they are called pre-existing conditions rather than original conditions. Conditions relate to facts whose occurrence is uncertain.
