Pseudo-founder - Gijihokkinin
A person who, although not a promoter, has agreed to have his/her name and his/her support for the establishment of a company included in documents related to the stock offering. Pursuant to Article 198 of the Commercial Code, he/she is held liable in the same way as a promoter.
