Xianyang Palace
[1] A magnificent palace built by the First Emperor of Qin in the capital Xianyang, China. → Xianyang. [2] Noh play. Fourth piece. Kanze, Hosho, Kongo, Kita school. Author unknown. Yan's Jing Ke and Souyou try to stab the First Emperor of Qin when they have an audience with him. Towards the end of his life, the emperor desires the koto of his favorite concubine Lady Hanayo, and while the two are engrossed in listening to her music, he kills them. Kan'nyōkyū.
