Japanese: 管理組合 - かんりくみあい

In condominiums and other condominium buildings, the organization made up of all the condominium owners to manage the building, its grounds, and attached facilities is called the "management association."
The management association holds a general meeting at least once a year to draft the budget, provide financial reports, discuss agenda items, and make management plans. It also selects several directors to carry out the actual management and operation of the property.

マンションなどの区分所有建物で、建物並びにその敷地及び付属施設の管理を行なうため、区分所有者全員で組織する団体のことを「管理組合」といいます。
管理組合は、最低でも年に1回、総会を開き、予算案の作成や会計報告、議題について話し合い、管理に関する計画を立てるとともに、複数の理事を選抜して実際の管理運営業務を行ないます。
