…In 1909, he organized the Greater Japan Labor Association and the Tenant Law Promotion Association, and the following year he became a council member of the General Suffrage Association, once again promoting the movement of workers and the poor. In 1902, he created the Overseas Emigration Research Association, showing his interest in the immigration business, and in 1905 he traveled to Manchuria, where he organized the Kwantung Leased Territory Labor Protection Association the following year, encouraging workers and others to emigrate to Manchuria. However, his desire for solidarity with Asian peoples was no longer there, and he only displayed an aggressive ideology that was no different from that of the continental ronin in general. This is a trajectory of the anguish of modern Japanese thought, which had no choice but to simultaneously address the issue of "establishing civil rights and national sovereignty." …
