Depending on the method of taking a part of a living body, biopsy can be divided into needle biopsy, scraping biopsy, punch biopsy, surgical biopsy, complete biopsy, etc. (1) Needle biopsy: A special needle (usually a Silverman needle) is inserted into an organ or tissue and rotated to twist and take a part of the organ or tissue.
