Kanzashidai - Kanzashidai

…The Japanese and English names are derived from the soft rays in front of the second dorsal and anal fins, which extend like threads. In some regions, it is called Kanzashidai. The fins are longer when young (up to three times the body length), and gradually shorten as the fish grows.
