It is also difficult to determine that Kawachi Kusunoki Nyudo, who appears in a document from 1295 (Eijin 3) in Harima Province's Obe Manor, was a member of the Kusunoki clan. The Koyasan Shunju Henren Soroku states that in 1322 (Genko 2), Masashige, who killed Yasuda Manor in Kii Province at the order of Hojo Takatoki, was given Ategawa Manor.
