Candida
A genus of fungi and fungi imperfecti. It grows by budding and forms pseudohyphae. It is rich in hydrolytic enzymes. When antibiotics are used for bacterial infections, it can cause infection (subculture), inflammation, and abscesses in the mucous membranes, skin, bronchi, lungs, intestines, and urinary tract, and can even cause death.
