Provisional entry - Qualifying

It is a type of parole, and for those who have been sentenced to detention or detained in a workhouse, parole may be granted at any time by the decision of the local parole board depending on the circumstances (Criminal Law, Article 30; Criminal Rehabilitation Law, Articles 29 and 31). Parole is decided upon the request of the prison warden, and the right to execute the sentence will be lost once the remaining period of the sentence has elapsed. Unlike parole, there are no conditions to be observed during the remaining period of the sentence. In addition, probation does not apply, and there is no system for revocation.

仮釈放の一つで，拘留に処せられた者および労役場に留置された者については，情状によりいつでも，地方更生保護委員会の決定によって仮釈放が許される (刑法 30，犯罪者予防更生法 29，31) 。仮出場は収容監獄長の請求をまって決定され，残刑期間を経過すれば刑の執行権が消滅する。仮出獄と異なり残刑期間中の遵守条件はない。また保護観察の適用もなく，取消しの制度もない。
